Thomas the Train

Today we are going to see Thomas the Train ...in person. To a two year old, this is what life is all about. Lili has been beyond excited. It's hard to even describe her excitment. To my surprise, this morning Lili woke up with something on her mind...

Me: Good morning Lili, did you sleep well?
Lili: Mom I don't want to go on Thomas. (spoken very seriously)
Me: Why not?
Lili: Thomas has a crack in his track, we should go on Percy, Percy doesn't have a crack in his track.
Me: Percy isn't going to be there, just Thomas.
Lili: Mom, I want to go with Top-um-at and Percy.
Me: Ok Lili.

Hmmm....could this fear be stemming from a recent bed time story we've read?


*Update: We got a call from Percy, he's sick and unable to make it today. He assured Lili that Thomas' track has been fixed. Problem solved.
