Noisette: An Update

My little Hazel.  Growing up so fast.  She has turned into our little busy body.  Busy body in a super cute way, and busy body in an oh-brother-this-baby-is-going-to-tear-our-house-apart way.  Neither Lilia nor Sophie were as into things as Hazel is.  She empties cupboards, slams doors together, picks things up and hauls them to a new place, throws things away that aren't meant to be thrown away, puts phones in places only to be discovered hours/days later, and climbs into/on things (mostly cupboards and the dishwasher).  I guess we were just spoiled with the first two, because they were never so mischievous.

On the other hand, she seems to have Rich's "tidy" characteristics.  She puts people's shoes in our shoe bin (even visitors), remotes in the drawers where they belong, and usually after emptying a cupboard she'll put things back in their place.  She's also been seen "dusting" and "washing" things (w/ wipes).

She is so tiny but she struts around so confidently with her tiny little body and chubby belly.  One of my  favorite things about her is when she is so excited that she does a little dance in place (similar to the grape stomp lady).

Words Hazel says at 15 months:  "ba ba" (bottle), "hi!", "bye", "papa", "lili", "mama", "what's that?"  She babbles and talks constantly.  The moment you get her out of bed in the morning she doesn't stop pointing and talking and making the cutest sounds you've ever heard.

She seems to have a lot more similar characteristics to Lili than to Sophie, but she also loves to be held and will snuggle like Sophie when she was a baby.  She has also thrown up more than both or our girls combined, and has had her head split open on the baseboard followed by a trip to the ER to get it glued.
