Jack's Birthday: Part II

This year we had a "friend party" for Jack.  He's seen and heard his big sisters talk about birthdays and has been excited to have his own.  The theme had to naturally be "Superheroes", since that is his current obsession.

Here are the invites we sent out:

We ate lunch:

I had a girl make the cake - most of my previous cakes have been less than desirable.

Hot Dogs, chips, applesauce, and juice.

All the moms stayed and helped, siblings were invited too.  Made for a fun group: 11 kids (3 didn't come)

The kids played while the moms ate lunch then we did presents

Ate cupcakes - see for yourself

                        

Gave them their favors and took some pictures outside

Then they played some more, we gave them a balloon, and they were on their way!  It was a successful party and Jack loved every second of it.
