Super Dad

My girl are so lucky...they really have the best dad ever. So as a tribute to Rich this Fathers' Day I've listed some of the reasons why he is such a great dad.

1. He is 100% involved in their lives (calling to check up on them throughout the day, giving them their baths, spending his entire weekend playing with them).

2. After a long day of work, the minute he steps in the door he has a smile on his face and starts playing with/entertaining the girls.

4. If Lili says "Let's go do this..." He says, "OK!!" (Instead of "No, I'm tired", or "Go ask your mom...", or "Let's not do that..")

5. He isn't afraid to get dirty. (When Lili swallowed five safety pins he sifted through each dirty diaper, yuck!)

6. He goes down each night and scoops Lili up off the floor and puts her in bed...and whispers to her "I love you forever and ever."

7. He listens to sappy country songs about dad's and their daughters and gets teary eyed.

8. He would do anything to make his girls happy (make up silly songs, do silly dances, bring them home surprises).

9. He never raises his voice at Lili. When he does discipline he uses a soft caring voice, explaining to her why he is upset but that he still loves her.

10. He tells the girls how beautiful they are and that he loves them every day without fail.
